Junior Consult is a student-run consulting firm based in Aarhus. Junior Consult is run by dedicated students from Aarhus University who combine their theoretical knowledge with practical business acumen to deliver flexible, high-quality consulting services. Our goal is to create a strong link between the university and the business community through flexible, high-quality consulting services.
We offer customized projects in areas such as market analysis, strategy, business development, and data analysis. Each project is tailored to the client’s specific challenges and needs, ensuring that our recommendations are both relevant and directly applicable in practice. Hildebrandt & Brandi
Hildebrandt & Brandi is a leading Danish consulting firm that advises senior management at large and ambitious organizations on strategy, transformation, and organizational development. In 2025, Hildebrandt & Brandi merged with the international consulting group Eraneos, which has significantly strengthened its digital and international capabilities. Through the merger, the consulting firm has increased its focus on digital transformation, analytics, and AI.
Our collaboration with Hildebrandt & Brandi places a special focus on the development of our consultants. As part of the partnership, Hildebrandt & Brandi facilitates a mentoring program for new consultants at Junior Consult, which focuses specifically on personal development, motivation, and reflection on the role of a consultant. The mentoring program provides our new members with valuable feedback and insights from experienced consultants. In addition, Hildebrandt & Brandi is a regular partner in workshops designed to strengthen consultants’ professional and personal skills.

Deloitte Denmark is part of one of the world’s largest professional advisory and consulting firms and advises companies and organizations in the areas of audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory, and tax. Deloitte is known for its strong professional expertise and its focus on combining business acumen, technology, and people to create sustainable solutions and long-term value for its clients.
Deloitte has developed an in-house personality test, Business Chemistry, which provides insights into different personality profiles and their impact on behavior, motivation, and collaboration in the workplace. The test is actively used at Junior Consult, where the insights are leveraged to enhance self-awareness, teamwork, and individual development. In addition, Deloitte regularly holds workshops for Junior Consult, where we gain a deeper understanding of the different personality profiles and learn how to best work with them in practice. These workshop series provide our consultants with concrete tools that can be applied directly in both internal collaborations and when working with clients.
