At Junior Consult, we maintain very close ties with our alumni, who are invited each year to Alumni Day, an event organized by the current consultants at Junior Consult.

During the day, there will be updates from Junior Consult, a delicious dinner, and networking in the evening. In addition, alumni are actively involved in providing professional and personal guidance.

Meet our

Advisory Board

Junior Consult's Advisory Board consists of three former employees who have extensive professional experience in both the industrial sector and the consulting industry.

Two meetings are held annually, at which four of our current consultants meet with the Advisory Board. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss the organizational and strategic challenges facing Junior Consult. By actively engaging the Advisory Board, we can draw on the members’ experience and thereby gain valuable advice on how to move the company forward.

Mette Christine Mortensen

Strategy Director, KIRKBI A/S

Mette was employed at Junior Consult from 2015 to 2019. After her time at Junior Consult, she joined McKinsey & Company, where she worked for four years before moving to KIRKBI A/S—first as Strategy Manager and now as Strategy Director.

Henrik Aamann

CFO, Norlys Customer Services

Henrik was employed at Junior Consult from 2005 to 2007, during which time he also served on Junior Consult’s executive board for a period. After completing his studies, Henrik joined NNIT, and following several different positions, he is now the CFO at Kundeselskabet Norlys.

Morten Christoffersen

Vice President, Vestas

Morten was employed at Junior Consult from 2004 to 2007. After completing his studies, Morten has worked at Accenture and Siemens, among other places, and is now Vice President at Vestas.
