Junior Consult has assisted Arla Foods in its efforts to promote pay transparency. The EU’s Pay Transparency Directive is set to be implemented into Danish law in June 2026 and aims to ensure equal pay for equal work through increased transparency. Going forward, companies must disclose pay ranges in job postings and report gender pay gaps. The directive aims to enhance employees’ understanding of pay and ensure fair pay practices.

At Arla Foods, we conducted the analysis and identified areas where there are significant pay differences between men and women.
