MHI Vestas Offshore Wind

Improved insights into data

With a dashboard in Power BI, you can analyze and present data quickly and easily, ensuring that the message is clear and straightforward for the recipient. The project for MHI Vestas was specifically designed to provide better insight and transparency into the company’s data by visualizing it and making it interactive.

Lea Skovdal Jakobsen, Head of Project Supply & Demand Planning, comments on the collaboration and the process:

“Junior Consult has created a dashboard in Power BI containing 3-year budget forecasts for some of our core areas in Operations. In addition, they have developed underlying pages, also in Power BI, where it is possible to drill down into the individual forecast calculations, and have succeeded in visualizing the data in an extremely satisfactory and professional manner. We are very satisfied with the Power BI solution they have delivered.”.

The collaboration has gone very smoothly, and we’ve had an open dialogue and really good brainstorming sessions with the consultants we’ve worked with. They’ve been impressively quick to understand our needs and wishes, but at the same time have managed to challenge our thinking and offer alternative solutions—and in most cases, we’ve gone with their ideas.
Neither the collaboration nor the results give any indication that these are students just starting out in their careers; on the contrary, the collaboration is marked by great goodwill, commitment, and a eagerness to deliver at a very high level. We’ve always left our meetings with Junior Consult feeling very satisfied and with a smile on our faces, which has meant a great deal to us.

”I will definitely consider using Junior Consult for future projects, and I have also recommended them to several of my colleagues who could benefit from working with Junior Consult."

Waoo

Insight into the needs of one’s customers and partners is essential for commercial success. Since the company is owned by a number of partners, it must meet a variety of needs, which requires insight into the different partners’ expectations and their satisfaction with the collaboration. A partner satisfaction survey provides this insight, enabling a company to enhance its value-creating activities in close collaboration with its partner companies.

Waoo is Denmark’s leading provider of internet, TV, and phone services via the fiber-optic network. Behind Waoo is a group of partner companies—some of the country’s largest local fiber-optic network providers—that have joined forces to bring the ultimate digital solution to Danes. Waoo has a passionate vision of being a value-creating asset for all its partners, which is why Junior Consult, in close collaboration with Waoo, monitors partner satisfaction among Waoo’s partners with the aim of creating even more value.

AU BSS Career & Alumni

For students, the job market can seem overwhelming, whether it comes to part-time jobs, internships, or future careers. Aarhus BSS Career & Alumni is the career center affiliated with the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences at Aarhus University. Every day, they help students present themselves more effectively to potential employers and find the right path after graduation. In other words, they build a bridge between the business community and the students.

One of the challenges facing Aarhus BSS Career is how to engage with students on various platforms. As in most other industries, digital initiatives are gaining ground and influencing the way we communicate and seek information. In collaboration with Junior Consult, Aarhus BSS Career therefore launched a project aimed at identifying students’ wishes and thoughts regarding the career center’s online presence.
