NGI DriveTech sought external consultation to optimize its internal processes and team structure as part of achieving its strategic goals. The focus was on creating structure in project management, reducing dependence on individual team members, and establishing common standards for customer service and documentation. Junior Consult was brought in to identify needs and initiatives through interviews across the organization.
Our approach:
We developed a roadmap that positions Application Engineering as a central part of the organization and provides NGI DriveTech with a stronger foundation for future scaling. The initiatives included:
- Vision and Role Descriptions
- Operating model and staffing process that promote knowledge sharing and delegation
- Project Playbook and Best Practices Documentation
- Clear Structure for Customer and Partner Contact
The result:
A roadmap and an inventory of specific initiatives that lay the groundwork for stronger collaboration, scalability, and a more proactive approach to customer service. The plan has given management an overview of where to focus their efforts. In addition, the mapping of initiatives has created a common foundation for further work on strengthening internal processes and the customer experience.
