The analysis is based on interviews with BEUMER’s customers, an internal survey, interviews with other industries, a literature review, and desk research. The result of the project is a comprehensive catalog of potential initiatives regarding, among other things, feedback structures, service branding, and process optimization, many of which are already being implemented at Logistic Systems. The project was carried out in close collaboration with a number of BEUMER employees, and Junior Consult has regularly presented the project’s findings to BEUMER’s SteerCo.
