Insights into Employee Satisfaction

Employees are the heart of every business. They are the most important resource, which is why it is crucial for a company to have insight into and an understanding of its culture and employee satisfaction. Such insight helps ensure that the company can retain its employees and attract the most competent talent in the future, which is essential for future performance.

The Gabriel Group is Europe’s leading supplier of furniture fabrics, but it is active throughout the entire value chain and operates under the name ”one-stop Gabriel.” To live up to its vision of being the preferred partner and supplier in the industry and to maintain an innovative and attractive work environment, Junior Consult, in collaboration with Gabriel, has conducted a culture and satisfaction survey to assess employee satisfaction.

The employee culture and satisfaction survey was conducted for the first time in 2018 and included all of the Group’s approximately 1,000 employees in Europe, Asia, and North America. The survey was conducted by distributing quantitative questionnaires to all employees, resulting in a robust data set. Through a thorough analysis, the data was transformed into a solid understanding of employee satisfaction within the Gabriel Group. All of this is intended to help ensure that Gabriel can maintain its position as a leading supplier of furniture fabrics and achieve its vision by retaining and attracting the most competent employees.

Junior Consult has worked with Gabriel on several occasions, which has fostered a relationship characterized by great mutual respect. We at Junior Consult place great value on such relationships, which is why we always strive to be as valuable a partner as possible. That is why we at Junior Consult greatly appreciate the following statement about our collaboration from Jeanette Horty Stenrøjl, HR Business Manager at Gabriel:

”Junior Consult’s consultants are extremely competent. Throughout the entire process, they challenged us on our perspectives and on how we could best utilize the survey results. They are extremely flexible; we had several requests for changes along the way, and they handled them with ease. The collaboration has been impeccable. The survey results were distributed to all of the group’s managers and served as the basis for defining priority areas at both the global and local levels. We highly recommend working with Junior Consult.”

Pindstrup Mosebrug

It is of the utmost importance to know the players operating in the market in which you operate. This includes having an overview of your competitors so that, as a company, you have insight into and an understanding of how they operate. Having such an overview allows you to maintain your market position and respond when opportunities arise. This is absolutely fundamental to a company’s success, both now and in the future.

Junior Consult assisted Pindstrup Mosebrug A/S with a market analysis aimed at identifying opportunities and conducting in-depth analyses of the markets. Since then, we at Junior Consult have helped with a competitor analysis. The goal here was to gain an overview of and gather information on any competitors that Pindstrup Mosebrug A/S might have.
