The partner satisfaction survey has now been conducted over a number of years with the aim of tracking satisfaction levels and implementing improvements in the collaboration with Waoos’s seven partners. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to relevant stakeholders at the partner companies. Subsequent follow-up and analysis by Junior Consult led to a series of recommendations designed to ensure that Waoo continues to increase its already value-creating activities going forward.
