Employee survey for an international optical retail chain

Junior Consult conducted an employee survey for the British optical retail chain Specsavers, which operates under the name Louis Nielsen in Denmark. The purpose of the survey was to determine how employee training had evolved following the transition to an e-learning system.

The study showed that Specsavers successfully transitioned from traditional training to e-learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The report, prepared by Junior Consult, also identified areas for future focus at Specsavers. Following the project, we received the following statement from Søren Jensen, Head of Talent Development, Northern Europe:

“As part of our transition from traditional classroom instruction to online learning, we engaged Junior Consult to conduct a survey one year after launch, as we needed to understand how our end users experienced the transition and our new learning environment. We ended up receiving an incredibly detailed report that included a comprehensive analysis as well as areas for development, including suggestions for improvement. I highly recommend using Junior Consult for analytical work.”

We are very proud of this wonderful testimonial, and we at Junior Consult look forward to continuing to create significant value for our clients in the future.
